The development of labelformats for printers, remote management of devices, communication of devices with their host, Connecting auto-ID applications with an ERP environment have all one thing in common: Software is needed to let those things happen. In some cases PHI DATA has an existing software package available, in other cases software has to be developed. In some instances is deploying software of one of our business partners, the best option.

In most cases there is an existing infrastructure with an ERP, WMS, TMS, Field Service / ZIS system at the customer's site. We have many years of experience with interfacing with SAP, Oracle, Infor, Exact, Peoplesoft, Navision, Axapta, Exeed, JD Edwards and iSOFT. In doing so, we acquired a lot of knowledge on databases such as Oracle, SQL server, MS Access, DB2, and programming languages like Visual Basic, Visual C, C++, .Net, C# and Fingerprint. 

We also designed and developed applications for purposes like for instance: stock management, archive registration, emballage, time registration, "Proof of delivery" registration, RMA administration, labelprinter management, print- & apply systems, registration of inventory, tracking and tracing (SSCC, GTIN), quality control, picking & packing.

 

After the implementation of an Auto ID solution, it is important that the application and the mobile devices in use can be managed in an effective and user friendly manner. Your IT staff should be able to monitor in time if there are connectivity problems, define user rights and comply to security standards. For those purposes we deploy well established third party software.
